You Can Treat Yourself in the Fat-Burning Mode

You can treat yourself…The other day I was feeling a bit sorry for myself having just come back from an engagement party where I passed on the delicious looking cake when inspiration struck. I can treat myself and still be in the fat-burning mode. I sliced up 2 apples, sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, dash of salt, 2 packets of stevia and a quarter cup of water. Folded into tin foil and baked at 400 for 30 minutes. If you’re not in fat-burning mode you can add a dollup of yogurt and sprinkle crushed pecans on top. 200 calories and you can treat yourself with a delicious, healthy dessert. I call it Cinnamon Baked Apples.
